Xero continues to polish its Auto-Reconcile feature –>
The auto-reconcile feature can be toggled on for each account, and enables the software reconcile for you based on you rules you’ve defined, your transaction history, or prediction – You receive an exception report to quickly double-check, and cutting down the time for posting everything else.
Customers using it so far are getting around 50% of their time back. Every auto-reconciled line shows the method used (Match, Rule, Memory or Prediction) and a brief explanation on hover so you can see exactly why it happened.
You can edit in-row, remove and redo, or manage supporting documents in the same place. Plus you can turn Auto Bank Reconciliation off or on anytime. Settings history shows you what changed, who changed it and when across all your accounts. It’s the first pass, done. The final say yours.
